Long-Range Plans
The Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve Management Plan was adopted in November, 2002. The plan is the result of extensive public consultation, inter-departmental and municipal collaboration, and technical study. The planning process was to designed to balance the multiple objectives for this unique area and ensure the sustainability of the LSCR.

The plan is now being implemented, with Metro Vancouver exploring how to meet one of the key plan objectives - promoting and involving members of the public in ongoing stewardship of the LSCR.
